Our 'graying' engineering force is composed of grandmothers and grandfathers who understand the importance of passing on their knowledge to a younger team in order to protect their grandchildren. Senior aerospace engineers have been building military systems for decades, and know that sometimes there is a high price for those who operate these systems. In the past, engineers rarely met the operators, Under Freedoms Price sponsorship, senior engineers are exceptionally willing to mentor prior operators, and at the same time transfer some of the responsibilities associated with their craft.

  • ASAT Mentoring Program
    • ASAT currently has exceptionally qualified engineers who have committed to mentoring the Chapter 31 veterans
    • ASAT Mentors will bring to a Client's program the Chapter 31 veteran as a trainee.
  • Your company does not need to have a set-aside requirement to become involved. Neither ASAT nor Freedom's Price veterans need special treatment just the opportunity to compete.
